About The Role – AI Automation Engineer
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing IT team that shapes the future of internal business operations. You will work in close alignment with global business units to complete Agentic AI, orchestration, and automation development projects that transform how our internal customers think about IT.
What You’ll Do
- Design and Build: Develop Agentic AI solutions, orchestration workflows, and AI agents to add efficiencies to global business processes.
- Gather Requirements: Partner directly with the IT organization and stakeholders to define project phases, including analysis, design, and technical requirements gathering.
- Ensure Innovation: Participate in technical research and development to enable innovation while adhering to Xactly’s security best practices.
- Deliver Excellence: Lead all phases of automation projects, including building, testing, change management, and diagnosing/fixing bugs.
Must-Have Skills
What We’re Looking For
- AI & Automation Expertise: 4+ years of experience in AI Orchestration and Automation development.
- Technical Integration: Hands-on experience with Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) middleware, such as Workato.
- Business Systems Proficiency: Experience working with Identity providers (Okta) and CRM/Agile tools like Jira.
- Delivery Rigor: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel projects, create test cases, and resolve issues with system integrations.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Development Languages: Practical experience using SQL, Python, or Java.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Agile Mindset: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and work effectively with minimal supervision.
