Uplers is Looking for:
Build AI-driven automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Gumloop,
Langflow
Develop automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, and Google Apps
Script
Work with local LLMs using Ollama and integrate models into workflows
Design AI agents, pipelines, and prompt-driven automation
Implement API integrations across SaaS platforms
Optimize workflows for performance, cost, and scalability
Experiment with model fine-tuning and basic AI model training concepts
Document automation processes and maintain reusable templates
Measure and improve automation efficiency using defined metrics
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Real automation projects
- AI workflows built
- GitHub / portfolio / demo videos
- Clear measurable outcomes such as:
- Time saved
- Cost reduction
- Automation coverage
- Performance improvement

- Reduced manual work by 60%

Skills Required:
Strong understanding of Python
Working knowledge of JavaScript
Experience with Google Apps Script
Hands-on exposure to Ollama or local LLM deployment
Understanding of AI model training concepts / embeddings / prompt
engineering
Experience with automation tools:
- n8n
- Make (Integromat)
- Gumloop
- Langflow
API integration experience
Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex
- Experience with vector databases
- Understanding of workflow orchestration
- Node.js basics
- Experience with RAG pipelines
