The Role
As an AI Automation Engineer, you'll work directly with the founder on live client projects from Day 1 — designing, building, and deploying AI-powered systems that go live for real businesses.
This is not a support or maintenance role. You will own builds end-to-end. If you need constant hand-holding, this isn't for you. If you read the docs, figure it out, and ship — keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Design and build automation workflows in n8n, Make, and GoHighLevel
- Build and deploy AI agents (Claude, GPT, ElevenLabs) for voice, chat, and content
- Integrate WhatsApp Business API, CRMs (Odoo, GHL, HubSpot, Airtable), and payment systems
- Work hands-on with modern coding-agent tools — Claude Code, Codex, Open Code
- Translate client business problems into AI solutions that actually move revenue and operations
- Ship clean, on time, every time
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years hands-on with automation or AI integration
- A portfolio of 3–5 real automations you can show (links, Loom, screenshots — anything)
- Experience with at least one of: n8n, Make, GHL, WhatsApp Business API
- Ability to read API documentation and solve problems independently
- Strong written English; Hindi a plus
- You ship on time. Every time.
