Key Responsibilities

- Automate repetitive business activities across CRM systems, email platforms, cloud storage services, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Develop workflow integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third-party software services to improve system connectivity.
- Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot technical issues related to automation systems and integrations.
- Continuously improve workflow efficiency, reliability, scalability, and automation performance through optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and business process improvements.
- Support the implementation of intelligent automation strategies across multiple business functions and departments.
- Develop custom automation scripts and logic using programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.

Required Skills And Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), UiPath, or Microsoft Power Automate.
