Role Description:

We are looking for a full-time AI Automation Engineer to join our team on-site in Mysore. You will work on building and deploying AI agents, voice agents, and workflow automations for real clients. Your day-to-day will involve developing AI agents end-to-end, integrating APIs and third-party services, building front-end and back-end components, deploying solutions to production, and troubleshooting technical issues as they come up. This is a startup environment — you will own projects from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges independently
• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, and building web applications
• Willingness to learn and work across AI agents, voice AI, and automation
• Based in or willing to work from Mysore (on-site)
• Available for evening coordination (6-9 PM IST) for US client work
