Role OverviewWe are looking for an AI Automation Instructor cum Educator who can design and deliver practical, outcome-driven training programs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable teaching AI tools, building workflows, and simplifying complex concepts for learners.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver live training sessions, workshops, and cohort-based programs
- Design and develop structured curriculum (Beginner to Advanced level)
- Teach practical usage of AI tools including:
- ChatGPT & Prompt Engineering
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- No-code tools and AI integrations
- Help learners build real-world projects and automation workflows
- Create recorded content, assignments, and case studies
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and automation
- Mentor and guide learners on career paths and opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
- Basic understanding of business use-cases of AI
- Comfortable with public speaking / teaching / content delivery
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)- Prior experience in teaching, training, or workshops
- Experience in building AI workflows or automation systems
- Content creation experience (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
