Company Description Maccure Hospital Private Limited is a growing IVF, maternity & multispeciality hospital group in West Delhi with branches in Janakpuri and Dwarka, led by Dr. Geeta Jain (Gynaecologist & IVF Specialist) and Dr. Sanjay K. Jain (Paediatrician & Neonatologist). We are a tech-forward hospital group actively building AI-powered automation and marketing systems.
Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid internship for an AI Automation & CRM Intern based in Delhi. You will work directly with the founder on live systems that are already running and managing real patient journeys.
What you'll do:
- Manage and improve 10+ n8n automation workflows (lead capture, WhatsApp drip, event funnels, post-discharge follow-up)
- Handle Zoho CRM updates, custom fields, pipeline stages and lead routing across 3 branches
- Support AiSensy WhatsApp broadcasting and automation triggers
- Manage JustDial lead integration
- Assist in integrating new tools including AI voice calling
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make or any automation platform (essential)
- Basic understanding of Zoho CRM or any CRM system
- Familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks
- WhatsApp Business API knowledge is a strong plus
- Proactive thinker who can identify problems and fix them independently
- BCA, MCA, B.Tech or equivalent students preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
