We are looking for an AI Automation Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Kochi, Kerala. In this role, you will help businesses identify manual, repetitive work and turn it into simple, efficient automated workflows using AI and other tools.
We are also open to strong problem-solvers and consultants who do not yet have deep automation experience but are excited to learn and grow in this field.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Talking to clients to deeply understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
- Mapping out workflows and spotting opportunities where AI and automation can save time or reduce errors.
- Designing and coordinating the development of automation solutions using AI tools, integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Presenting and pitching these solutions to clients in simple language they can understand.
- Working closely with internal and external teams (developers, sales, operations, etc.) to make sure solutions are delivered on time and match client expectations.
- Continuously monitoring performance of implemented automations and suggesting improvements.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box, but these are the kinds of skills and mindsets that will help you succeed in this role:
- Knowledge in Process Automation, workflow design, or working with any automation technologies (RPA, N8N,Zapier, API Integration, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Consulting mindset: ability to listen to clients, understand their needs, and design practical, business-focused solutions.
- Exposure to AI-based solutions is helpful, but not mandatory if you’re ready to learn quickly.
- Good SDR-style skills: confidence in speaking with clients, explaining ideas clearly in English, and handling objections.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (chatbots, AI assistants, workflow tools, etc.) is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. However, solid real-world experience and a strong portfolio can also be considered.
