Are you a Commerce graduate who loves numbers but is also excited about AI and automation? Join us as an AI Automation Associate (Business + AI) and help turn real‑world finance and operations workflows into smart AI agents using tools like n8n, Make, Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
What you will do
- Translate finance, accounts, audit, MIS, and operations processes into automated workflows and AI agents.
- Design and build automations using tools such as n8n, Make.com, or similar workflow platforms.
- Use modern LLMs (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) to build smart agents that can read, summarise, route, and respond using our business rules.
- Integrate common tools like Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp/Slack, and basic APIs into end‑to‑end workflows.
- Take a clearly documented commercial workflow and deliver a production‑ready automation within 1–2 days, including basic testing.
- Monitor and improve reliability, error handling, logging, and user experience for your automations.
- Document every workflow clearly so that others can understand, operate, and modify it when needed.
- Work directly with the founder/management to understand business needs and suggest where AI/automation can save time and cost.
What we are looking for
- B.Com or other Commerce degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounts, audit, MIS, operations, or similar commercial roles.
- CA Inter or CMA Inter (completed or pursuing) is a plus, not mandatory.
- Expertise in using Excel, Power BI.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one workflow/automation tool such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar.
- Comfort working with AI tools and LLMs (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) and designing prompts / flows with them.
- Ability to convert a written business process into a working automation within 1–2 days.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong documentation habits and structured thinking.
- Willingness to work onsite in Chennai and collaborate closely with a small, fast‑moving team.
Nice to have
- Examples of AI agents, custom GPTs, Claude/Gemini workflows, n8n/Make automations, or similar projects you have built.
- Experience automating tasks in your current/previous finance or operations role (even small or internal tools).
