UDIT teaches people to build things — across Design, Technology, and Management. Now we're looking for someone to bring that same builder energy inward: to how the university itself runs.
Admissions replies typed out one by one. Faculty timetables fixed by hand in spreadsheets. Fee reminders sent manually. Every department has friction like this — and nobody owns fixing it. You will.
This role owns business process automation and transformation for UDIT end to end — finding the friction, architecting the fix, shipping it with LLMs and automation tools, and making it stick. You'll also set up and run Notion as UDIT's operating backbone.
What you'll do:
- Audit admissions, the registrar's office, student services, finance, marketing, and academic departments to find repeated manual work
- Design and build production-grade automations using n8n (or similar), LLMs like Claude, and Lovable (or similar) for internal tools
- Architect and roll out UDIT's Notion workspace as the real system of record
- Work directly with department heads and academic staff to drive adoption, not just build around them
What we're looking for:
- 3–4+ years implementing business process automation and transformation projects using LLMs
- Proven, hands-on experience with n8n (or similar), Lovable (or similar), and expert-level Notion
- Working proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, hands-on Python, and practical experience with APIs
- Working understanding of RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)
- A track record you can show — specific projects, what changed, what it was worth
This isn't an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who's already done this, has real ownership instincts, and wants direct access to leadership with no bureaucracy in the way.
