Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an AI Augmented Mentor at GuideEd. In this role, you will provide customized guidance and mentorship to aspiring software developers using cutting-edge AI tools to enhance learning experiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include helping mentees with coding challenges, conducting virtual one-on-one sessions, reviewing code submissions, sharing insights on industry best practices, and curating personalized learning paths. Additionally, you will collaborate with the GuideEd team to optimize mentorship programs and contribute to the professional growth of mentees.
Qualifications
- Strong coding and software development skills.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading teams to foster growth and knowledge development
- Familiarity with best practices and workflows in software engineering, preferably within top-tier tech companies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Adaptability in using AI-driven tools to streamline mentoring processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in modern development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is advantageous
- Passion for education and helping others succeed in their tech careers
