Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Associate based in the Pune Division. The AI Associate will be responsible for collaborating with teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models, algorithms, and solutions to solve real-world business challenges. Key responsibilities include data processing, model training, performance evaluation, and implementation, along with researching emerging AI technologies. The AI Associate will ensure solutions align with business goals and maintain scalability, security, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AI/ML technologies, algorithms, and tools, with hands-on experience in designing and deploying machine learning models
• Proven expertise in Python, R, or similar programming languages commonly used for AI and data science
• Experience with data analysis, preprocessing, and visualization using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, and familiarity with integrating AI solutions into cloud environments
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field
• Understanding of responsible AI principles and ethical considerations in AI implementation is a plus
