We are looking for passionate AI and Python professionals who want to work on real-world enterprise AI problems at the intersection of food regulations, OCR, structured data systems, and intelligent automation.
Role Overview
Working under the wings of seasoned senior level AI practitioners to build the futuristic models, as an AI Associate, you will lead the building of scalable AI-driven solutions for global food regulatory labelling. The role involves Python development, OCR-based document intelligence, modular backend systems, data pipelines, APIs, and enterprise-grade AI workflows.
This is an ideal role for candidates who enjoy solving practical AI engineering problems and want exposure to enterprise SaaS product development.
Key Responsibilities
Python Development
- Write clean and logical Python programs for problem-solving and automation tasks.
- Develop beginner-to-intermediate level algorithms with strong focus on syntax, logic, and optimisation.
- Build reusable and modular code structures.
OCR & Document Intelligence
- Work on OCR-related challenges involving extraction of information from food label artworks and regulatory documents.
- Improve accuracy of text extraction, structuring, and validation workflows.
- Assist in preprocessing and postprocessing of scanned document data.
Data Engineering & Pipelines
- Build and maintain structured data pipelines for regulatory and artwork-related datasets.
- Work with data transformation, validation, parsing, and storage systems.
- Support scalable backend workflows for AI validation engines.
API Development
- Create and integrate APIs for internal modules and enterprise client integrations.
- Work on backend communication between AI models, databases, and frontend systems.
Enterprise Solution Development
- Contribute to enterprise-level SaaS solutions used by food companies across global markets.
- Participate in scalable architecture discussions and system design improvements.
- Collaborate with AI, product, regulatory, and engineering teams.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Python fundamentals.
- Knowledge of APIs, JSON handling, and backend integrations.
- Understanding of modular programming concepts.
- Basic understanding of OCR/document extraction workflows.
- Familiarity with databases and structured data handling.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to logic and detail.
- Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
