Job Title AI Assisted Senior Software Developer
Work Location Mumbai (On-site at Client Location)

Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the software development team, setting technical standards and ensuring coding best practices.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services.
- Build responsive and interactive front-end interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services into applications.
- Optimization of application with respect to database and code.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to the tech stack.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application performance.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshooting production issues.
Requisite Skills / Technology
1. Backend Development
- Proficiency in Java (Spring MVC, Spring Boot)
- Experience in microservices and API design
- Strong knowledge of concurrency, caching, scalability
- Application security: OAuth, JWT, RBAC
- Familiar with Docker & Kubernetes
2. Frontend Development
- Proficient in Vue.js & JavaScript
- Skilled in frontend performance optimization
3. Database Management
- Expertise in MySQL (schema, indexing, optimization)
4. DevOps & Cloud
- Proficient with Git.
- Familiar with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI).
- Familiar with cloud concepts
5. Use of AI tools for coding
- Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for software development, with solid knowledge of prompt engineering.
Qualification/s
a) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or Information Technology from a recognized university.
OR
(b) Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (BE / BTech / ME / MTech) with specialization in Computer Engineering, Computer Technology, or Information Technology from a recognized university.
Relevant Experience
Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience after completion of the qualifying degree or master’s program as specified above.
Level in MKCL Pay Matrix:Level 1
(The specific Pay level for the selected candidate shall be decided based on his/her qualifications and relevant experience as decided by MKCL).
Compensation Package - Cost To Company (CTC):Range: 9 Lac per annum to 11 Lac per annum approx.
(The exact CTC for the selected candidate shall be computed based on his/her qualifications and relevant work experience as decided by MKCL. The salary fitment of a candidate with higher qualification and relevant experience shall appropriately commensurate as per MKCL's norms).
