- Develop AI-generated visual styles that are distinctive, consistent and aligned with the brand.
- Translate brand strategy and positioning into compelling visual languages.
- Work on branding elements including colour, typography, imagery, composition and overall visual identity.
- Art-direct campaigns across digital, social, experiential, presentation and other brand touchpoints.
- Collaborate with designers, motion artists, video editors, copywriters, strategists and other creative teams.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows to improve the speed and quality of creative production.
- Refine AI-generated outputs using traditional design and post-production tools.
- Ensure consistency with established brand guidelines and visual systems.
- Present creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, design, branding, visual culture and creative technology.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Art Direction and Branding.
- Excellent visual sense, composition and storytelling abilities.
- Strong knowledge of brand identity and visual communication.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Stable Diffusion or similar platforms.
- Strong prompting and AI visual-generation skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma or equivalent.
- Ability to combine AI-generated outputs with traditional design and post-production.
- Strong presentation and conceptualisation skills.
- Ability to take a brief from concept → visual direction → execution.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, art direction and AI-assisted creative work.
Good to Have:
- Experience working with creative/branding/experience-design agencies.
- Experience creating brand campaigns or integrated visual identities.
- Understanding of motion, video and 3D workflows.
- Experience with AI video-generation and animation tools.
