Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Architect/Lead based in Chennai OR Bangalore with some flexibility for remote work. The selected candidate will design AI-driven architectural solutions, oversee the development and integration of complex software systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. The role also involves engaging in strategic technical decision-making and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Immediate joiners with a strong technical acumen are required.
Required Experience:
•Experience building business solutions using Gen AI solution frameworks like RAG
and Agentic AI systems
•Experience applying AI coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor to SDLC around
either analytics engineering or backend API development pipelines
•Experience building full stack working applications using AI coding agents.
WIllingness to experiment with new LLMs and AI tools and benchmark fitment.
•Knowledge of Agentic AI ecosystem tools like Langchain, Crew AI, Google ADK,
FastMCP, n8n etc and terms like token optimization and context engineering
•4+ (flexible) years hands-on experience in analytics engineering (Python, Snowflake,
BigQuery etc.) or backend API development (FastAPI, Django etc.)
•Some knowledge of AI System Design (GPU sizing, KV Cache, vLLM, Agentic UX)
is preferred
•Ideal candidate would have active Github and would have shared/engaged with high
quality technical content on LinkedIn or any other platform.
Good to have:
• Experience in Machine Learning model training and deployment
•Understanding of mathematics behind Gen AI architectures like Transformer and
other traditional ML models
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical ideas and
