About Position:
We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to design and lead the development of advanced AI and Generative AI solutions with a strong focus on agentic AI systems. The role involves building scalable, secure, and intelligent multi-agent architectures that support autonomous decision-making and enterprise-level problem solving.

What You'll Do:
- Design and develop AI and Generative AI architecture solutions that meet business requirements.
- Design modular, scalable, and secure agentic systems that integrate seamlessly with other agentic AI systems.
- Lead the development of multi-agent systems for autonomous process execution, exception handling, and decision support.
- Utilize platforms such as LangChain, LangGrapgh, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers to build intelligent agent networks.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Deep expertise in AgenticAI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGrapgh, or CrewAI.
- Develop versatile AI models that can be adapted for multiple use cases.
- Implement and optimize NLP, LLM-powered reasoning, planning, and tool-use capabilities
- Build RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems to ground agents in enterprise context
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific tasks
- Lead the technical design and development of AI/Gen AI-powered projects.
- Integrate and enhance existing tools and systems to leverage AI/Gen AI capabilities
- Expert in Python and experience in .Net is a plus.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of solutions.
