About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI leader to architect, lead, and deliver large-scale AI initiatives across Computer Vision and Applied AI domains. This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive multiple AI programs from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
• Define AI architecture and scalable solution strategies across projects
• Lead end-to-end AI delivery: POC → Production → Scale
• Drive spec-first, design-driven AI engineering practices
• Guide teams on model development, training pipelines, and evaluation frameworks
• Build scalable ML pipelines, deployment frameworks, and MLOps practices
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Mentor AI/ML engineers and establish strong engineering standards
• Build reusable AI frameworks and accelerators for long-term scalability
Required Skills & Experience -
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML and software engineering
• Strong expertise in Computer Vision and Deep Learning
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with ML pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong experience in architecting and delivering production-grade AI systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ideal Additional Experience
• Face Recognition systems experience
• Generative AI and synthetic data exposure
• Privacy-aware AI or biometric systems knowledge
• Experience working with global clients
