About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of next-generation Agentic AI platforms. This role blends deep technical expertise with client-facing leadership, owning end-to-end LLM-based solutioning — from ideation to production at scale.
You will play a key role in shaping intelligent systems leveraging RAG, fine-tuning, and advanced orchestration frameworks, while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Deliver high-performance Agentic AI solutions meeting SLA benchmarks (latency, throughput, reliability)
Accelerate LLM adoption through reusable architectures and MLOps pipelines
Ensure strong governance, explainability, and security for sensitive data ecosystems
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement Agentic AI systems with orchestration, retrieval, and feedback loops
Design production-grade LLM solutions (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning – LoRA/P-tuning)
Lead deployment and scaling on Azure AI stack (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, AKS)
Build robust MLOps/ModelOps pipelines with CI/CD, monitoring, and drift detection
Develop data pipelines (vector stores, embeddings, semantic search) with privacy controls
Implement model explainability, security, and prompt injection safeguards
Define model governance frameworks (versioning, lineage, compliance)
Collaborate across product, engineering, DevOps, and security teams
Mentor teams, conduct technical reviews, and support hiring initiatives
Act as technical SME for clients – leading discussions, architecture reviews, and RFPs
Required Skills & Experience
12+ years in Software Engineering / AI with strong production experience
Expertise in LLMs & RAG architectures (vector DBs like Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
Hands-on with fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, instruction tuning, full fine-tuning)
Strong experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, ML, AKS, Functions, KeyVault)
Experience with Agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, custom orchestration)
Solid MLOps/ModelOps (CI/CD, monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana/ELK)
Backend expertise: Python, FastAPI, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
Knowledge of data engineering (SQL/NoSQL, ETL, data governance)
Strong understanding of security & compliance practices
Good to Have
Multi-cloud / hybrid architecture experience
Exposure to financial data or regulated environments
Experience with explainability tools (SHAP, LIME)
Knowledge of Terraform / ARM / GitOps workflows
Understanding of AI safety & adversarial testing
