About the Company
We are looking for a talented Technical Architect specializing in AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern AI development tools and platforms, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving and scalable application design.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI native applications & AI agents using tools like Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, Augment Code, and other AI-assisted development tools.
- Deep expertise in Amazon Bedrock (Knowledge Bases, Agents, Guardrails), Amazon SageMaker for fine-tuning, and Amazon Q for developer productivity.
- Able to develop and scale “Developer Agents” for productivity in Coding, Autonomous Testing, Documentation & Deployment tasks.
- AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and other leading platforms.
- Design and develop MCP servers to orchestrate multi-agent collaboration and task execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Guide the team in integrating AI capabilities into business applications, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI development, including newer LLM Context techniques and Agentic AI.
