1. Role Overview
We are looking for AI Architects to define and drive the enterprise AI architecture strategy across GenAI, ML, and Agentic systems. This role focuses on long-term technical direction, platform design, and governance, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and reusability across AI initiatives.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Architecture & Strategy
- Define enterprise-wide AI architecture frameworks and standards
- Design scalable systems across:
- GenAI (LLMs, RAG, agents)
- Predictive ML systems
- Data & AI platforms
- Evaluate and onboard tools, frameworks, and vendors
- Create reusable reference architectures and accelerators
B. Platform & System Design
- Architect:
- Multi-agent systems
- AI orchestration layers (LangGraph / similar)
- Data pipelines + vector DB ecosystems
- Define multi-cloud AI architecture strategy (Azure/AWS/GCP)
C. Governance & Best Practices
- Establish standards for:
- Model lifecycle (MLOps / LLMOps)
- Security, compliance, and responsible AI
- Drive cost optimization strategies for LLM usage
D. Innovation & Research
- Continuously evaluate:
- New GenAI models
- Agent frameworks
- Emerging AI patterns
- Guide teams on “build vs buy vs partner” decisions
E. Stakeholder Influence
- Work with CXOs and business leaders to align AI strategy with ROI
- Support large proposals, solutioning, and enterprise transformations
3. Required Skills
Technical
- Strong expertise in:
- LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs
- ML systems (NLP, forecasting, optimization)
- Experience with:
- Distributed systems & microservices
- Data platforms (Databricks, Spark, Lakehouse)
- Deep understanding of:
- MLOps / LLMOps pipelines
- API-first architectures
Leadership
- Proven experience architecting large-scale enterprise systems
- Strong decision-making and technology evaluation skills
4. Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years experience
- Previously worked as Enterprise Architect / Principal Architect
- Has built or governed multiple AI platforms at scale
