About Us
We are a long-established hospitality technology company supplying software platforms to hotels,
restaurants, clubs, events and hospitality businesses across India and the Middle East. Our software
stack includes PMS, POS, materials control, back office accounting, HR/payroll and related cloud
services.
We are now entering a new phase where:
dashboards,
AI-assisted development,
custom LLM applications,
AI agents,
operational intelligence,
automation and copilots
will become increasingly important to our products and internal development processes.
We are not looking for a “research scientist” or purely academic AI professional. We are looking for a
practical builder.
Role Summary
We seek a technically strong, highly curious and fast-learning engineer who can help us lead and execute
initiatives in:
Operational dashboards over SQL-based hospitality systems
AI-assisted software development workflows
LLM-based applications and copilots
Internal AI agents for automation and testing
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
Analytics and operational intelligence tools
Rapid prototyping using modern AI coding tools
This role is intentionally designed for a person whose:
education and technical orientation are strong,
practical ability is promising,
experience may still be limited,
but who can already start producing meaningful work today.
The successful candidate is expected to mature into a significant technical leader within 1–3 years.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, the candidate should be able to:
Build operational dashboards connected to our hospitality applications
Create proof-of-concept AI tools rapidly using Cursor, GPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.
Develop internal AI copilots and knowledge assistants
Build SQL-driven KPI engines and data visualizations
Experiment with custom LLM workflows and RAG pipelines
Assist our development teams in adopting AI-assisted coding practices
Prototype intelligent automation tools for support, testing and analytics
Work closely with software developers to convert ideas into deployable features
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are intentionally NOT seeking a highly experienced enterprise architect.

Work Environment

and real-world deployment environments.
Suggested Selection Process
We prefer practical evaluation over theoretical interviews.
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to:
1. Explain projects they have personally built
2. Demonstrate GitHub/code samples
3. Build a small SQL + dashboard assignment
4. Create a simple AI assistant prototype
5. Demonstrate use of AI coding tools
Example Practical Assessment
Candidates may be asked to:
connect to a sample SQL database,
generate hospitality KPIs,
build a dashboard,
and create a simple AI assistant that answers operational questions.
