Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI App Developer role based in Bengaluru. The AI App Developer will design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications that support Optistrats’ computing, connectivity, and lifecycle management offerings. Typical responsibilities include building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating AI/ML models into applications, and developing responsive user interfaces in collaboration with UI/UX and product teams. The role involves working with databases, managing data pipelines, and ensuring robust integrations with internal and third-party systems. The AI App Developer will also participate in code reviews, performance tuning, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable and scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Software Development and Programming skills, with experience in one or more modern languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar).
- Hands-on experience working with Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related web technologies (HTML, JavaScript frameworks) for building or supporting user interfaces.
- Experience with Integration, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and connecting applications to third-party or internal systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or similar) and an interest in building AI-driven features.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in enterprise or B2B IT environments, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and secure coding practices is an advantage.
