## Hiring: AI Anime Film Artists (Full-Time)
We are building AI-driven anime storytelling pipelines and are looking for artists who can execute high-quality, consistent visual sequences at scale.
This role is for individuals who can go beyond basic prompting and understand how to create structured, cinematic outputs using modern AI workflows.

### Role Overview
We are hiring AI Artists to create anime-style visual sequences for short-form films.
Each artist will be responsible for generating:
* 3–4 minutes of visual content
* Approximately 25–30 images per minute
* Total output: 75–120 high-quality, story-consistent frames
This role focuses on narrative continuity, shot design, and visual storytelling.

### Key Responsibilities
* Generate anime-style visuals aligned with storyboards and scripts
* Maintain character and style consistency across frames
* Create cinematic compositions (angles, lighting, mood, depth)
* Work with AI pipelines to ensure both speed and consistency
* Collaborate with the direction team for feedback and iterations

### Required Skills
* Hands-on experience with:
* Stable Diffusion (SDXL pipelines)
* ComfyUI workflows
* Tensor Art
* Kling 3.0
* Nano Banana Pro
* Understanding of:
* Anime model ecosystems (including Excel-based workflow tracking/structuring)
* Strong prompt adherence and controlled outputs
* Maintaining style and character consistency
* Strong foundation in:
* Comic framing and shot composition
* Visual storytelling through sequences
