We’re Hiring: Machine Learning Engineer | 4–6 Years | FinAGG
At FinAGG, we’re building AI/ML solutions that help transform MSME lending and financial decisioning.
We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 4–6 years of experience who enjoys solving real-world problems with data and taking models from experimentation to production.
🔹 What you’ll work on
• Build, train, evaluate and deploy ML models for credit & financial use cases
• Work with structured and unstructured financial/business data
• Feature engineering, model validation, explainability and model monitoring
• Develop solutions using Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM
• Work with APIs, data pipelines and cloud-based ML deployments
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams
• Explore GenAI/LLMs, RAG and AI agents** where they can create real business impact
🔹 What we’re looking for
✅ 4–6 years of hands-on Machine Learning experience
✅ Strong Python and SQL skills
✅ Good understanding of ML algorithms, statistics and model evaluation
✅ Experience with XGBoost/LightGBM, Scikit-learn** or similar frameworks
✅ Experience taking ML models to production
✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
✅ Experience in **FinTech, Lending, Credit Risk or Financial Services** is a strong plus
