Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an AI and Blockchain Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver training programs on artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain technologies. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive training content, conducting interactive workshops, mentoring participants, staying updated with the latest trends and developments in AI and blockchain, and evaluating the progress of trainees. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align training materials with organizational goals will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of AI concepts, algorithms, tools, and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis.
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including decentralized technologies, smart contracts, and blockchain platforms like Ethereum and Hyperledger.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Solidity, or similar languages relevant to AI and blockchain.
- Experience in creating structured training materials, delivering workshops, and mentoring diverse learner groups.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effectively conveying complex concepts.
- Problem-solving skills, adaptability to evolving technologies, and the ability to address learners' challenges during training.
- Proven experience or certifications in AI, blockchain, or related fields are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
