Role Description

We are hiring an AI & Automation Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation systems.

This is a hands-on role where you will be working closely with the founder and the team to build cutting-edge automation solutions for global clients. You will be expected to take ownership, move fast, and turn ideas into working systems.

Your work will include building AI-powered workflows, integrating APIs, deploying backend systems, and creating scalable solutions using LLMs and automation tools.

What You’ll Work On

• Building end-to-end automation workflows using tools like n8n

• Designing and implementing LLM-powered use cases

• Developing backend systems using Node.js and modern web stacks

• Integrating third-party APIs and services

• Deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms

• Continuously improving system performance and reliability

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js)

• Hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n (or similar)

• Experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Vercel, DigitalOcean, Hostinger, etc.

• Ability to build and ship independently with minimal supervision

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI agents or chatbot systems

• Experience with APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.

• Understanding of system design and scalability

Location

Remote, preferably based in Bangalore for easier collaboration
