🚀 Hiring: AI & Automation Lead | CarTrends | On-site | Delhi (Bijwasan)
We are looking for an AI & Automation Lead to work directly with the leadership team at CarTrends.
At CarTrends, we are transforming our automotive business into a tech-first, AI-driven organization, and we are looking for someone who believes in ownership, problem-solving, and building systems rather than simply completing tasks.
📍 Location: Bijwasan, Delhi (On-site)
What you'll do:
• Identify operational inefficiencies and automate processes across sales, inventory, warehouse, finance, customer experience, and workshops
• Build AI tools and workflows to improve productivity and business efficiency
• Develop automation systems using APIs, AI models, and workflow tools
• Work closely with leadership and directly contribute to business growth
• Create scalable AI-driven solutions for day-to-day operations
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of AI tools such as GPT, Claude, and open-source models
• Experience with Python, APIs, automation tools, and workflow systems
• Knowledge of Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
• Someone who takes ownership and can build from scratch
Assignment (Mandatory):
Choose any one:
Option A: AI Sales Assistant – Analyze data to identify payment delays and risk alerts
Option B: Inventory Intelligence Tool – Identify dead stock and suggest reorders
Option C: Automation Workflow – Create automated WhatsApp reminders or daily sales bots
