1. About Quantae Technology
Quantae builds AI + automation products for Pharma and Healthcare. We develop tools that help teams automate workflows, generate insights, and improve engagement using AI agents and digital platforms.
2. Role Summary
We are looking for an AI Agents Development Intern who can help us build task-based AI agents that use tools (APIs), retrieve information, and produce consistent outputs. This is a hands-on role where you’ll ship real agent workflows end-to-end.
3. What You’ll Build (Example Projects)
- AI agents that can collect requirements, summarize conversations, and generate structured notes
- Agents that can search internal knowledge, answer queries, and create reports (RAG)
- Agents that can automate workflows like lead qualification, content drafts, or campaign planning
- Tool-using agents that call APIs (e.g., email, sheets/CRM, calendar, web search) safely and reliably
4. Key Responsibilities
- Build and test AI agents using LLMs (OpenAI/Gemini/Claude or open-source)
- Write prompts and workflows that are reliable + structured (JSON outputs, guardrails)
- Implement tool calling / function calling (API integrations)
- Work on RAG (retrieval + vector search) when needed
- Track quality: basic evaluation, edge cases, and improvements
- Document your work (short README + usage instructions)
5. Must-Have Skills (Fresher-friendly)
- Basic programming ability in Python (preferred) or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Comfortable with APIs, JSON, and debugging
- Clear thinking + ability to break problems into steps
- Strong willingness to learn fast and deliver consistently
6. Good-to-Have (Bonus)
- Any exposure to LangChain / LlamaIndex / OpenAI SDK / agent frameworks
- Vector databases: FAISS / Chroma / Pinecone
- Basics of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub
- Simple UI (Streamlit/Next.js) for demo apps
7. Who Can Apply
- Freshers / students / recent graduates
- Candidates with 0–6 months experience also welcome
- You don’t need a perfect resume—projects matter more
8. Selection Process
