Role Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Agents Developer for a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement AI-powered agent systems, including chatbots and intelligent assistants. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, programming AI functionalities, testing and debugging models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes in line with project goals. Applicants will also stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies to enhance product performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and expertise in AI and machine learning (ML) frameworks and algorithms.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP), voice recognition systems, and conversational AI tools.
• Experience with software development, debugging, and testing processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-based technology and deployment practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
