We are looking for an AI / Agentic Systems Designer Intern who is curious about AI systems, automation, and operational workflows — and excited to help design and improve AI-powered processes.
This is not a traditional marketing internship. It is a systems-focused role where you will help build and improve AI-driven workflows that support SEO research, content development, and operational scale.
💎 What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in AI tools, LLMs, automation, and agentic systems
- Technical or structured academic background (engineering, computer science, data, information systems, etc.)
- Comfort working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
- Ability to think in systems rather than isolated tasks
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Structured thinking and documentation discipline
- Ability to work independently in fast-moving environments
- Execution mindset with willingness to test, iterate, and improve systems
- Candidates who show initiative, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly are strongly preferred.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Design and improve AI-assisted workflows for:
- SEO research
- Keyword clustering
- Content brief generation
- Content drafting
- Metadata generation
- Internal linking logic
- Content optimization
- Publishing support
- Tune and operate AI agents used in SEO and content workflows
- Improve agent performance through prompt refinement, workflow tuning, and context design
- Translate operational needs into structured prompts, templates, instructions, and repeatable systems
- Test outputs, identify failure modes, and improve workflow reliability
- Help design human-in-the-loop review systems for quality control
- Document workflows, processes, and prompt libraries
- Monitor emerging AI tools and recommend improvements to internal workflows
- Contribute to experiments on how AI agents can accelerate content production without reducing quality
