Position Details

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agentic Developer with 4–5 years of experience in software development and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building AI agents, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), creating autonomous workflows, and designing systems that can reason, plan, and execute tasks with minimal human intervention.
The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple AI tools, frameworks, APIs, vector databases, automation platforms, and backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Development
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for business automation, customer support, internal operations, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Build agentic workflows capable of reasoning, planning, memory handling, and multi-step execution.
- Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous agents using LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Create conversational AI systems, chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants, and task automation agents.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge-based AI systems.
- Develop multi-agent systems where multiple agents collaborate to complete complex tasks.
LLM & AI Integration
- Integrate Large Language Models such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or similar models into business applications.
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize prompt engineering strategies for improved accuracy and output quality.
- Build context-aware AI systems with memory, embeddings, vector search, and document retrieval.
- Work with embeddings, semantic search, token optimization, and prompt chaining.
- Evaluate AI model performance, hallucination reduction, response quality, latency, and cost optimization.
Technical Development
- Develop scalable backend systems and APIs for AI applications.
- Integrate AI systems with ERP, CRM, databases, third-party APIs, messaging systems, and internal business platforms.
- Create secure, reliable, and production-ready AI services.
- Work with cloud-based deployment environments and containerized applications.
- Build monitoring systems for AI agents, logs, performance metrics, and usage tracking.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and AI governance standards.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, business analysts, and development teams to identify AI use cases.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for AI automation and intelligent workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI agents, LLMs, frameworks, prompt engineering, and automation technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
Core AI Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Working knowledge of autonomous AI systems, task planning, memory handling, and multi-agent architecture.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and prompt chaining.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar.
Frameworks & Libraries
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, or similar.
- Experience in building AI-powered applications using Python.
- Knowledge of AI orchestration and workflow tools.
- Familiarity with model APIs, SDKs, and inference pipelines.
Backend & Development Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, or FastAPI.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or Redis.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Milvus, or Qdrant.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience in chatbot development and conversational AI.
- Knowledge of speech-to-text, text-to-speech, OCR, and document intelligence systems.
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and observability tools.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or UiPath.
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, HRMS, or enterprise software integration.
- Experience working with real-time messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, or email automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in software development, AI development, or intelligent automation.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI-driven applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
