Your Opportunity

As an AI Agent Orchestration Engineer on BeGig, you’ll work on freelance projects focused on designing and managing systems where multiple AI agents collaborate to solve complex tasks. You’ll help teams build scalable orchestration layers that coordinate reasoning, tools, and workflows across agent-based systems—without the constraints of a traditional full-time role.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement multi-agent AI systems and orchestration frameworks
• Build coordination logic for agent collaboration, task routing, and delegation
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, tools, and enterprise systems
• Implement memory management, context sharing, and communication between agents
• Optimize orchestration pipelines for reliability, performance, and cost
• Develop monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails for agent behavior
• Build workflows for planning, reasoning, and execution across multiple agents
• Deploy and maintain agent orchestration infrastructure in production
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop agent-driven solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience building AI agents and agent-based systems
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
• Experience integrating LLMs, tools, APIs, and external data sources
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and memory systems
• Understanding of orchestration patterns, workflow automation, and distributed systems
• Experience deploying AI systems in production environments
• Strong debugging, experimentation, and systems-thinking skills
• A self-driven freelancer who can independently build and manage agent orchestration systems
