About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent autonomous agents capable of executing complex tasks and automating enterprise workflows. In this role, you will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, automation, and distributed systems, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to create scalable, reliable, and efficient AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and decision-making
- Build and deploy agent-based systems using frameworks such as AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and third-party systems
- Implement task orchestration pipelines and multi-agent collaboration architectures
- Develop systems that enable agents to communicate, coordinate, and execute workflows efficiently
- Optimize agent performance for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency
- Monitor, debug, and continuously improve agent behavior and outputs
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI infrastructure
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong programming expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
- Experience working with AI agent frameworks such as AutoGPT, CrewAI, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of multi-agent systems and workflow orchestration
- Experience integrating AI systems with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to AI safety, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
