Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an AI Agent Developer. The responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing AI models and algorithms for marketing intelligence applications. The developer will work closely with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into the Sentinos platform.
What You'll Do:
- Design and architect AI agents using LangGraph or custom frameworks
- Build core framework components: agent harness, API gateway, and orchestration layer
- Build scalable backend systems with ownership of core infrastructure
- Integrate agents with BigQuery for data retrieval and analytics
- Deploy and optimize services on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Vertex AI)
- Establish observability, monitoring, and reliability practices
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years building production backend systems
- Strong Python expertise and cloud platform experience (GCP preferred)
- Hands-on work with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-powered applications
- Database/data warehouse experience (BigQuery a plus)
- Clean, modular code at scale
Preferred:
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or orchestration frameworks
- Workflow-based backend system design
- Cloud Run or containerized deployment
- Technical leadership or mentoring experience
