We are looking for an AI Agent Developer to design, build, and optimize agentic systems that power next-generation enterprise automation. If you enjoy working at the intersection of AI, product thinking, and engineering, this role is for you.
Role Overview
As an AI Agent Developer, you will be responsible for developing intelligent AI agents and workflows using modern LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, APIs, and retrieval systems. You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to turn business requirements into scalable, reliable AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents for enterprise use cases such as support, sales, operations, and internal productivity.
- Build multi-step agent workflows using LLMs, tools, memory, retrieval, and function calling.
- Integrate agents with APIs, databases, third-party applications, and enterprise systems.
- Develop prompt strategies, guardrails, and evaluation methods to improve accuracy and reliability.
- Work on RAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Monitor agent performance, identify failure points, and continuously improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate customer needs into agent capabilities.
- Build reusable components and scalable architecture for agent deployment.
- Stay current with advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI automation.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Understanding of agentic workflows, tool use, function calling, and orchestration patterns.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and backend integration.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
- Knowledge of SQL and working with structured and unstructured data.
- Ability to debug, test, and evaluate AI system behavior.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or a related field.
