Role Overview
We’re hiring an AI Agent Builder to design, prototype, and ship AI-powered agents and applications using modern LLM tooling. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who codes fluently through AI-assisted workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf), thinks in systems, and can move from idea to working prototype in days, not weeks.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom orchestration
• Integrate LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) with internal tools, APIs, MCP servers, and data sources
• Build multi-step agent workflows including tool use, retrieval (RAG), memory, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints
• Rapidly prototype internal automation and product features using AI-first coding tools
• Maintain prompt libraries, evals, and guardrails for production agents
• Write clean Python and TypeScript where needed; debug and iterate on agent behavior
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to identify high-leverage automation opportunities
Required Skills
• 4–6 years of software development experience
• Strong Python; working knowledge of TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with at least one LLM API (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google)
• Experience building with at least one agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
• Bias for shipping — prototypes over polish, iteration over planning
Nice to Have
• MCP server development experience
• Published agent projects, side projects, or open-source contributions
• Experience with prompt engineering and eval frameworks (Braintrust, LangSmith)
• Exposure to real estate, finance, or asset management workflows
