Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Agent and Automation Developer based in India. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate workflows, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include implementing machine learning algorithms, developing automation scripts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address business challenges through technology. Additionally, the candidate will evaluate emerging tools, provide technical documentation, and support system optimization efforts.
Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- AI and Automation: Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and process automation tools like RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Data Management: Experience with data analysis, database systems, and data visualization tools
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Other Desirable Skills: Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and cybersecurity knowledge would be advantageous
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
