About the Role
We are looking for an hands-on AI Consultant who can bridge strategy and hands-on building.
This is not a pure strategy role. You will work across problem framing, solution design, workflow building, and AI education. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, building practical solutions, and engaging stakeholders at a strategic level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Need Analysis & Problem Framing
- Work with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Translate business challenges into structured AI use cases
2. Strategic Partner Engagement
- Engage with partners beyond operational discussions
- Align on AI capabilities, use cases, and measurable outcomes
3. Solution Design
- Design practical AI solutions using LLMs, workflows, and automation
- Develop scalable approaches from MVP to production-ready systems
4. AI Training & Content Development
- Deliver AI Literacy (101-level) content via videos and workshops
- Scale to in-person and manager-level sessions (e.g., Responsible AI, AI adoption strategy)
5. Research & Thought Leadership
- Explore emerging tools, frameworks, and AI trends
- Publish insights, case studies, and practical playbooks
6. Workflow Building (Hands-on)
- Build AI workflows using tools like n8n, Langfuse, Langflow (or similar)
- Work closely with engineering teams to shape solutions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and technical implementation
What we’re looking for:
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, AI, product, or related roles
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution
• Comfortable working with AI tools and willing to go into code when needed
• Basic proficiency in Python and AI builder tools such as Langflow, n8n etc.
• Hands-on mindset — can build and iterate workflows
• Strong communication skills — able to teach and influence stakeholders
• Curiosity to explore and apply new AI tools and frameworks
• Interest in delivering workshops or training sessions (prior experience will be a plus)
• Background in consulting, startups, or fast-paced environments
