Job Title: AI Adoption Lead (Head – AI Adoption Office / AIAO)
Job Location: Noida Or Bengaluru
Shift Timing: 3:00pm- 12:00am IST
Job Pay: 15,00,000-20,00,000 per annum
Role Summary
The AI Adoption Lead will own end-to-end execution of AI adoption across all Sarder®️ businesses, treating the organization as Customer-0. This role is responsible for turning AI from pilots and tools into daily workflows with measurable business impact.
This is not a research, experimentation, or innovation-lab role. This is an execution, change, and ROI ownership role.
Core Mandate
Drive fast, disciplined, and measurable AI adoption across all businesses by redesigning workflows, enforcing usage, managing change, and delivering ROI—then converting learnings into scalable playbooks and offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer-0 AI Adoption Execution
Lead AI adoption across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Product, and Support
Identify, prioritize, and sequence high-ROI AI use cases
Ensure AI is embedded into daily workflows (not optional tools)
2. Workflow Redesign & Operating Model Change
Redesign existing workflows with AI as a default layer
Define pre-AI vs post-AI processes
Quantify time saved, cost saved, and revenue impact
Eliminate manual handoffs, duplications, and approval bottlenecks
3. Change Management & Enablement
Drive behavioral adoption, not just tool deployment
Address resistance and ensure leadership buy-in
Design lightweight enablement tied directly to workflows
Make AI usage part of weekly and monthly operating rhythms
4. ROI, Metrics & Reporting
Define success metrics for every AI use case
Track adoption, usage, and impact weekly
Maintain executive-level dashboards and reviews
Own success/failure transparently—no vanity metrics
5. AIAO Team Leadership
Build and manage:
2 dedicated AIAO resources
Embedded BU SMEs (dotted-line)
Coordinate cross-functionally with speed and low bureaucracy
6. Playbooks & Commercialization
Convert Customer-0 learnings into:
AI adoption playbooks
Templates, frameworks, SOPs
Packaged offerings (Adoptify AI®️)
Ensure outputs are repeatable, scalable, and sellable
Success Metrics (Indicative)
% of priority workflows AI-enabled
Measurable time and cost savings per function
Revenue uplift or pipeline efficiency gains
Weekly active AI usage by teams
Speed from use-case identification to production adoption
Number of playbooks converted into offerings
Required Experience
Must-Have 8–15 years in enterprise execution roles
Proven experience in:
Enterprise transformation
Workflow redesign
Change management
Large-scale system, automation, or AI rollouts
Strong business acumen with ownership of ROI and metrics
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption without direct authority
Strongly Preferred
Background in consulting (Big 4 / McKinsey / Accenture or similar) OR
Led internal transformation at a mid-to-large enterprise
Experience rolling out CRM, ERP, RPA, analytics, or AI platforms
Practical exposure to GenAI in business workflows
