As Ahrefs continues to experience strong growth, particularly in German speaking markets, we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on DACH marketing manager to lead our marketing efforts in this strategic region. Reporting directly to the Head of International Marketing, this is a brand new role that will be a key part of our passionate and talented global marketing team. Responsibilities: Serve as the driving force behind Ahrefs' marketing efforts in the German speaking market, taking a hands-on approach to all aspects of the marketing mix Develop and execute common sense marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition Directly manage the creation and localization of content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and other digital assets Manage all German related marketing activities including content creation, events, partnerships, and public relations. Lead offers in educating the German market in SEO/AI Search/AI Marketing best practices, placing Ahrefs front and center. Organize and participate in key marketing events, such as networking events, conferences, and customer meetups, to build relationships and generate leads Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and continuously optimize marketing initiatives Report on performance to senior leadership
