As the Care
Partner (CNA), you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
- Providing
assistance to assigned residents with the activities of daily living
- Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
- Documenting,
on a daily basis as
to resident assistance activities
- Being flexible
in accepting changes
in duty and assignment
- Maintain a safe
working environment and adhering to facility safety
program at all time s
The ideal candidate will
possess the following:
- Be at least
18 years of age.
- Must
be certified (CNA or HHA)
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability
to remain stationary 50-100%
- Ability
to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
