OneRoot is building India’s most transparent Farm-to-Business platform by empowering small and marginal farmers to transform how they grow and sell their produce. Through the OneRoot app, farmers gain access to valuable insights such as soil and crop health analysis, pest and disease forecasts, and yield prediction models derived using AI and ML technologies. This approach helps farmers enhance productivity and profitability. The platform also connects farmers directly to businesses like processing units, supermarkets, and wholesalers, eliminating middlemen and ensuring fair profits for farmers, while buyers benefit from reduced procurement costs.
🌾 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular farm visits across assigned regions
• Build strong relationships with farmers
• Identify crop, pest, disease, and soil-related issues
• Provide agronomic guidance and practical crop solutions
• Collect field data and maintain reports
• Support agri-input product promotion and sales
• Educate farmers on modern farming practices
✅ Requirements:
- Kannada Mandatory
- B.Sc Agriculture or related field
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
- Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
- Strong communication and farmer engagement skills
- Passion for agriculture and problem-solving mindset
