Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Agronomist role based in Ahmedabad. The Agronomist will be responsible for managing and optimizing plant growth systems, conducting soil and plant health analyses, and developing innovative strategies for crop nutrition and irrigation. The role includes performing agricultural research, monitoring crop performance, and implementing sustainable farming practices to maximize yield and quality.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Soil Science and Agriculture
- 3 Year experience is a massive plus
- Understanding of and experience with Irrigation systems and Plant Nutrition techniques
- Proficiency in conducting Research and applying results to improve agricultural strategies
- Ability to analyze data and implement sustainable farming practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in agriculture
- Relevant educational background in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related fields
- Familiarity with hydroponic farming and precision agriculture technologies is a plus
- Hands-on experience in pest management and sustainable crop production preferred
