Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agriculture Fielding position located in Robertsganj. The role involves managing agricultural production processes, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, providing insights and support for optimizing yields, and conducting product or service sales for agricultural solutions. The candidate will also work closely with teams to analyze results and data to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Agriculture and Agricultural Production
- Strong Communication and Sales skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Analytical Skills to evaluate data and optimize agricultural processes
- Ability to work effectively on-site and conduct field operations as required
- Relevant experience in agricultural services or farming is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field is preferred
