Bhumi Agro Industries is working on a Direct Factory-to-Farmer model, providing crop advisory and high-quality agri solutions to farmers across districts.
We are now looking for a dynamic Agriculture Advisory & Telecalling Sales Manager to lead and scale our tele-advisory sales operations.
Your Responsibility:
- Understand the crop, stage, and current problems in the crop, and suggest suitable company products
- Advise farmers on the inquiries generated and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with leads for repeated orders
- Work on the Google sheet/ CRM
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to drive sales from farmer network
- Lead and supervise agri telecallers in the team.
- Monitor daily call targets & performance
Who should apply?
- Already worked in Agribegri, Agrostar, E-fasal, Bighaat, Katayani, or other Agriculture ecommerce platforms in telesales for sales advisory in farmer segment.
- Have experience of 2+ years in tellecalling
- Have Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skill
- Have on field and practical Agriculture knowledge for suggesting to the farmers.
