About the role: Agomuc Program Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic People & Product Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Engineering Management, Product Management (Technology), Operations, HR Operations, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Advisory. As an intern, you will contribute to various aspects of people and product management, working in a hybrid work environment and gaining valuable skills applicable across multiple domains Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps Support the planning and coordination of team-building activities and events Contribute to HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Analyze data using Excel to provide insights and support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance productivity Participate in networking events and build relationships with industry professionals Skills and Qualifications: Core Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in data analysis using Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Understanding of product management principles Familiarity with HR processes and practices Soft Skills: Strong team building and collaboration skills Ability to motivate and inspire team members Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment
