Staff MLOps Engineer – Bangkok-based (Full Relocation Package Provided)

We are looking for a Staff MLOps Engineer to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the infrastructure and tooling required to support the deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models in our production environment. You will collaborate with our data scientists, engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and effective operationalization of ML models. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable ML infrastructure and tooling - Automate the ML model deployment process, including model versioning, packaging, and rollout - Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of ML models in production - Optimize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our ML infrastructure - Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to address ML-related issues and improve model performance - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps roles - Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and the ML lifecycle - Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation - Expertise in containerization and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) - Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) - Solid programming skills in languages like Python, Go, or Scala - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
