Senior Specialist, Activities (Bangkok Based)

The Senior Specialist, Activities will be responsible for managing key strategic partners in the activities space, from contract negotiation to partner relationship management, as well as optimizing the activities product offering and performance across the Agoda platform. Responsibilities: - Manage and build strong relationships with key strategic partners in the activities space - Negotiate and manage partner contracts and commercial terms - Drive activities product performance and optimization across the Agoda platform - Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (e.g. Technology, Supply, Marketing) to enhance the activities offering and user experience - Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant experience in activities/tours/attractions, account management, or similar role - Strong negotiation and commercial acumen - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong command of English (both written and verbal) - Ability to work independently and cross-functionally - Willingness to travel when required
