The Opportunity We are currently seeking to hire a Specialist to join our talent business partner team. This role is based in our Bangkok office as part of the Agoda Talent Business Partners team. We are a team of professionals who scale capability development from the individual employee to organizational level, provide systems and data-driven insights to measure, refine and help Agoda achieve its business goals by keeping out talent upskilled and engaged. The objective of this role is to support organizational capability-building initiatives by assisting in the design, development, and implementation of impactful learning solutions. As a specialist, you will collaborate with team members of the Talent Business Partner team, business stakeholders and Agoda leadership to support learning programs, analyze learning needs, and ensure effective execution of development initiatives. This role will allow you to gain exposure to business challenges while contributing to the growth of employees and teams through structured learning solutions. For us, learning and developing capability goes beyond traditional or outsourced vendor delivered learning. We believe in the value of internally designed solutions and leveraging internal experts. We consider all factors that impact employee, team capability and performance and work collaboratively to develop successful solutions.
